What does Snipd do? Snipd is an AI hairstyle try-on app. Upload a photo of yourself, choose a haircut or hair color from our catalog, and Snipd generates a realistic preview of what you'd look like before you ever visit a barber or salon. You can also analyze your face shape to get personalized style recommendations.
How does the face analysis work? Snipd scans 10 facial measurements, including face shape, symmetry, jawline, cheekbones, and proportions, and uses AI to match you with the top 5 haircuts best suited to your features. Each recommendation includes a match score and a "Why It Fits" explanation.

How do I cancel my subscription? Snipd subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Snipd, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. How do I manage auto-renewal? Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Snipd and toggle off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
What happens when my subscription expires? Your access to AI features will pause. Your saved transformations and analysis history remain on your device. Resubscribing at any time restores full access immediately.
Do my unused AI generations carry over when my subscription renews? No. The weekly generation limit resets with each renewal cycle. Unused generations from the previous period do not carry over.
I got a new iPhone, how do I restore my subscription? Open Snipd and proceed to the subscription screen. Tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase, your subscription will be restored instantly at no charge.
